Two years ago , I came down to Greater Accra to break some grounds in order to pay my school fees and also buy some baby stuffs (I gave someone's daughter belle😌).
I did 90% of my rounds on leg because I knew some shortcuts and I also needed to save enough money. I stayed with a brother at Atomic junction but our station to the various work sites (construction) was at East-Legon (American house).
One fine morning, someone (a taxi driver) who seemed to know me called me ...
Driver: are you going our way?
Me: I don't know but I'm walking towards American house.
Driver: we may not reach there but hop in let's give you a ride (they were two, one guy at the back. A supposed passenger). I didn't know they were actually team members.
Upon entering I realize the door had developed a fault. The rubber substance at the door keeps falling. Upon reaching the the roundabout connecting UPSA, Agbogba, Adjringano and East-Legon, my grace for the morning was exhusted, I have to get down.
Driver: please help me fix the door before you get down.
After trying for a few seconds.
Driver: don't worry, you can go.
Me: God bless you.
Before I could say jack, the car was no where to be found. It sped off, chaley my phone was gone🥹. As to how the phone got missing from my bag, I can't tell till today. Don't be a victim, they are still operating!!!
