This gentleman joined our taxi to town and when he was about to get to his destination, he said "papa driver I just realised I forgot my purse in the house and so I won't pay."
This calm driver turned and looked at the guy's face and said "are you truly sure of what you are saying to me this early morning?"
The guy answered saying "oh yes I can't lie!" The guy was talking plenty with no sorry bia eiish some people can be something oo. Looking at his responses and body language he deliberately doesn't want to pay paaaa! Arrogant paaa nie 🤦♀️
Driver didn't want to argue with him so he just said to the young guy that "if you do good, you do for yourself and if you do bad, you do for yourself!" He alighted the guy at his junction.
The guy got angry saying papa driver is curs!ng him with that statement 😳. How?
The guy left the car and slammed the door and left without saying thank you sef eiish!
I felt very bad about what had happened and wanted to pay because of how the driver handled the case. But he declined it saying "madam in life not everything we have to fight over it, sometimes you just have to let people go with their evil!"
And he believes God will replenish him in a different way so no worry! Wow.
I learnt a lot in this scene paaaa! Remember, in all things be calm and allow people to take their evil away!
Have a great day!
